This residence houses 100 very nice furnished flats in what used to be a lingerie factory in the centre of Leuven..
Every flat has its own equipped kitchenette with large fridge, microwave, seats and sofas, desk and TV. Most of the flats also have a separated bedroom. Some flats can also be rented as a basic student flat at a reasonable price, i.e. without microwave, sofas, etc... Only basic furniture will then be provided.
On demand we can provide breakfast packages.
