|BridgeStreet Contracts Mahmoud Noureldin to Expand Development Opportunities

|HERNDON, VA - BridgeStreet®, the leading international provider of residences, serviced apartments and suites, has announced that Mahmoud Noureldin will serve as a new development contractor for countries in the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC), which consists of Bahrain, Kuwait, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, the Sultanate of Oman and the United Arab Emirates. Noureldin is charged with expanding the company's franchise and management programs across key GCC cities. He will report to Max Thorne, Senior Vice President of International Development.

Noureldin brings to BridgeStreet a wealth of business experience, including real estate development and international business strategies that he acquired while leading companies in the Middle East.

Noureldin's experience in the real estate industry dates back to 1995 when he worked as a site engineer at Touristic Real Estate Investment in Egypt. Most recently, Noureldin served as the general manager at Qatar's Tadmur Real Estate, an extension of Tadmur Holding that he helped establish. In this leadership role, Noureldin was able to attract the attention of BridgeStreet and make the company into a franchisee by starting a service apartment business in Doha. This has helped Qatar become a part of BridgeStreet's global network, which includes serviced apartments in more than 50 countries around the world.
Noureldin has earned a bachelor's degree in civil engineering from El-Mansoura University in Egypt, a sales & marketing certificate from American University in Cairo and recently completed his master of business administration at the University of Manchester Business School.
