Gene Davis, Chairman
Mr. Davis is the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of PIRINATE Consulting Group, LLC. Since founding the firm in 1999, Mr. Davis has managed numerous debtor and creditor side restructuring assignments involving businesses in various industries including Automotive; Consumer Products, Retail & Cataloging; Financial Services; Healthcare & Medical Technology; Industrial Materials; Manufacturing & Distribution; Media & Entertainment; Power, Energy, Oil, Gas & Mining; Publishing; Real Estate; Technology; Telecommunications; and Transportation & Logistics.
Prior to founding PIRINATE Consulting, Mr. Davis served as Chief Operating Officer of Total4Tel Communications, Inc., where he assisted the Company in the design and implementation of a strategic business plan, arranged for the funding of new capital expenditures in excess of $100 million, and advised the controlling shareholder in the sale of control to a private investor at a 72% premium to market.
Previously, Mr. Davis served as President, Vice Chairman and Director of Emerson Radio Corporation and Chief Executive Officer and Vice Chairman of Sport Supply Group, Inc. He began his career as an attorney and international negotiator with Exxon Corporation and Standard Oil Company (Indiana) and as a partner in two Texas-based law firms, where he specialized in corporate/securities law, international transactions and restructuring advisory.
Mr. Davis earned a B.A. in International Politics, a Masters Degree in International Affairs, and a J.D. from Columbia University. He continues to serve the Columbia College Alumni Association as a Member of the Board of Visitors. |

Matthew Doheny
Mr. Doheny ran for election as a house of representative candidate for New York's 23rd Congressional District in 2010. Previously, he worked for Fintech Advisory, an investment-advisory group based in New York. Until 2008, he served as Managing Director for troubled assets at Deutsche Bank, he had joined the firm in 2000 as part of the distressed products group. Mr. Doheny began his career at a Syracuse law firm and followed by employment at two firms in New York City before making a switch Wall Street in 2000.

Anthony J. Lacivita
Mr. LaCivita is an experienced business lawyer, having worked for the last several years as a Director at Credit Suisse in Asset Management and Leveraged Finance. Most recently, Mr. LaCivita was responsible for managing the U.S. Distressed and Equity portions of the Partner Asset Facility, a $5 billion pool of U.S., European and Japanese distressed assets. Previously, he spent two years with Credit Suisse in London managing a pool of non-performing loans and securitization vehicles in Germany and Portugal, and other distressed assets and special situations investments in Europe.
Mr. LaCivita has over 25 years of experience in the securities and financial services industries, in legal and business capacities, covering a broad range of investment products, including bonds, leveraged loans, real estate investments, structured notes, equities, derivatives and claims. Prior to joining Credit Suisse, he was a Managing Director and General Counsel in the Capital Markets Group at GE Capital, a Director at Nomura Securities International, and an associate at the law firm of Brown & Wood (subsequently merged into Sidley & Austin).

Bradley E. Scher
Mr. Scher is the Managing Member of Ocean Ridge Capital Advisors, LLC, a privately held consulting firm formed in 2002 to provide financial and operating consultative services to institutional investors, boards of directors, and to managements of public and private companies in a range of industries. Ocean Ridge has also filled critical senior management roles, with Mr. Scher serving as President of Graphics Properties Holdings, Chief Financial Officer of J&L Specialty Steel, Chief Restructuring Officer of Stop 26 Riverbend, Inc. and Movida Communications and Senior Vice President/Special Projects for Transtar Metals, Inc. In addition, Mr. Scher has been a member of the boards of directors of both private and public companies.
Prior to Ocean Ridge, Mr. Scher was a Managing Director for PPM America, Inc., managing in excess of $1 billion of investments for a special situations fund. Previously he was a Director with TIAA-CREF; an Investment Manager for The Travelers; and a lending officer with Chemical Bank.
Mr. Scher earned his bachelor's degree in economics and finance from Yeshiva University, and an MBA from Fordham University's Graduate School of Business. |

Sean Worker
Mr. Worker is Chief Executive Officer of BridgeStreet, responsible for the overall strategic and operational direction of the company, and for overseeing the company's development, finance, sales, marketing and legal activities including support for over 500 Brand Ambassadors. Mr. Worker joined BridgeStreet in 2009.
Prior to joining BridgeStreet, Mr. Worker served as Managing Director and Executive Vice President, International Operations for Wyndham Hotel Group, London, United Kingdom, where he was responsible for managing a portfolio of over 650 franchised and managed assets throughout EMEA, India and Asia Pacific and was a board member of CHI Hotels & Resorts. Previously, Mr. Worker held various senior positions, with responsibility for development, sales and operations, at Interstate Hotels and Resorts, Bristol Hotels & Resorts, Marriott and Hilton in the United States and Europe. During this period, he oversaw and operated a range of assets and global brands.
Mr. Worker holds a BA in Business with a specialty in Hotel & Hospitality Management from Galway-Mayo Institute of Technology and is a patron of the school. He a native of Galway, Ireland. |

Henry Lee Curtis
Mr. Curtis is President of BridgeStreet, responsible for all global operations. Mr. Curtis has served as President since 2003 and under his leadership the company has experienced significant growth through globalization and business diversification. Previously, he was Executive Vice President of Operations and Senior Vice President.
Prior to joining BridgeStreet in 2000, Mr. Curtis held various senior management positions with Globe Corporate Stay International, Village Suites and the Hyatt Corporation. He plays an active role within the industry, previously serving as a board member and President of the Corporate Housing Providers Association.
Mr. Curtis is a graduate of Central Michigan University with a concentration in Marketing, Business Administration and Military Science. He is a member of the Mu Sigma Military Honor Society and holds the industry designator of Certified Corporate Housing Professional. Mr. Curtis also proudly served as an Infantry Captain in the United State Army. |
