Sean joined BridgeStreet in 2009.
Prior to joining BridgeStreet, Sean served as Managing Director and Executive Vice President, International Operations for Wyndham Hotel Group, London, United Kingdom, where he was responsible for managing a portfolio of over 650 franchised and managed assets throughout EMEA, India and Asia Pacific and was a board member of CHI Hotels & Resorts. Previously, Sean held various senior positions, with responsibility for development, sales and operations, at Interstate Hotels and Resorts, Bristol Hotels & Resorts, Marriott and Hilton in the United States and Europe. During this period, he oversaw and operated a range of assets and global brands.
Sean holds a BA in Business with a specialty in Hotel & Hospitality Management from Galway-Mayo Institute of Technology and is a patron of the school. He is a native of Galway, Ireland.

Prior to joining BridgeStreet in 2000, Mr. Curtis held various senior management positions with Globe Corporate Stay International, Village Suites and the Hyatt Corporation. He plays an active role within the industry, previously serving as a board member and President of the Corporate Housing Providers Association
Mr. Curtis is a graduate of Central Michigan University with a concentration in Marketing, Business Administration and Military Science. He is a member of the Mu Sigma Military Honor Society and holds the industry designator of Certified Corporate Housing Professional. Mr. Curtis also proudly served as an Infantry Captain in the United State Army.

As Chief Technology Officer, Lance Bradwell is charged with aligning the company’s technology strategy to increase profitability and ensure its continued growth through innovation and business enabling technology solutions.
Mr. Bradwell joined BridgeStreet in 1999 as IT Manager for the London office. His responsibilities increased along with BridgeStreet’s expansion and he was named Vice President of Global IT in 2007. During his tenure, Mr. Bradwell has implemented the company’s property management and accounting platforms, increased automation efficiencies throughout the organization, created internal and external reporting systems, and most recently launched BridgeStreet’s proprietary business intelligence platform. Additionally, he developed sellable services to BridgeStreet franchisees and property owners.
Prior to joining BridgeStreet, Mr. Bradwell spent 17-years in a variety of management positions at Wilson Connolly Holdings, one of the largest UK home builders at the time. He began his career in financial accounting and made the transition to technology as that field became more and more automated. Mr. Bradwell is a certified PRINCE2 Practitioner. close |

Stephen oversees all aspects of our ongoing operations and expansion into continental Europe, the Middle East and Africa. His strategic guidance plays a critical role in the development and growth of our organization.
Mr. Hanton joined BridgeStreet in the position of Vice President of Operations in January 2000 and assumed full responsibility for the UK and Paris markets in January 2002. Under his leadership the company grew its UK operation into multi markets and models developing a position as a leading innovator of serviced apartments in the EMEA region.
Mr. Hanton started his hospitality career in 1981 with Scott's Hotels, which operated under the Holiday Inn and Marriott brands. He has held a variety of management positions in the UK and Canadian markets, opening and converting hotels. In 1996 Mr. Hanton joined the emerging Serviced Apartment sector as General Manager for the Harrods' owned Hyde Park Residence.
Mr. Hanton received a BA, with Honors, in Modern History and Politics.

Previously, Mr. Gingrich held various positions with Marriott International, including Vice President - Finance & Chief Financial Officer of Marriott Distribution Services (MDS) subsidiary, a $2B foodservice distribution company.
Before joining Marriott, Mr. Gingrich held a variety of financial positions for a number of publicly traded companies.
Mr. Gingrich earned a Master of Business Administration, Finance from the University of Pittsburgh and received his bachelor's degree from the University of Delaware.

She brings her prior experience in the hospitality industry and as in-house counsel to large international organizations to assist BridgeStreet in its global expansion.
Ms. Kabiri has over 16 years of legal experience, including serving as in house counsel for Interstate Hotels & Resorts, Cendant Corporation and Wyndham Worldwide. She earned an LLM in Securities and Financial Regulation from Georgetown Law and an LLM from Syracuse University, and received her Bachelor of Arts from James Madison University. She is a member of the District of Columbia and New York bars and a member of the Virginia in-house bar.

Max is responsible for international development opportunities, including the expansion of BridgeStreet’s managed property portfolio and franchise program, acquisitions, joint ventures and other growth opportunities. In this position, he provides strategic evaluation, financial analysis and modeling, due diligence, transaction strategy, deal negotiation, execution, and closing process. Max has worked for 17 years specifically within the serviced apartment sector and has extensive knowledge of the industry on an international basis.
Max most recently served as Vice President of Development in EMEA, and played a crucial role in expanding BridgeStreet’s brand throughout the region. He was instrumental in creating the company’s innovative property management solutions and developing its franchise program. Prior to that, he was Director of Development, during which time he greatly expanded BridgeStreet's portfolio of apartments in the UK.
He began his career in the serviced apartment industry in 1994 as General Manager of London Life Apartments, where he established the extended stay reservations department. He was serving as Assistant Vice President of Operations in 1998 when BridgeStreet acquired London Life Apartments. Before entering the industry Mr. Thorne owned and operated a real estate company in London.

Ms. Layton joined BridgeStreet Worldwide in January 2005 and was instrumental in the expansion of our UK office. She is an active committee member of the Hotel Marketing Association and serves as an Executive Committee Member of the Association of Serviced Apartment Providers (ASAP) in the UK. Jo’s passion for service excellence and dedication to industry advancement played a leading role in creating the new UK grading system for serviced apartments in conjunction with Visit Britain.
Jo began her career in the hospitality industry working for Marriott International for 9 years within the Marriott and Renaissance brands. Prior to joining BridgeStreet, she was the Director of Sales and Marketing for the flagship InterContinental London on Park Lane, part of the InterContinental Hotel Group for 4 years.

Ms. Pauley has held several positions within BridgeStreet from Account Executive in the Columbus, Ohio market to a Global Account Director where she contributed to the growth of our global accounts.
Ms. Pauley has significant experience in the multi-family housing industry and furniture rental where Ms. Pauley was an Assistant District General Manager for CORT Furniture Rental in Columbus, Ohio. Ms. Pauley has successfully obtained her CRP (Certified Relocation Professional) and GMS (Global Mobility Specialist) designations through Worldwide ERC and was a Chapter President for two consecutive years for Executive Women International in Columbus, Ohio. Currently, Ms. Pauley is active in GWERC, SGTP, APMP and NDTA.

Prior to joining BridgeStreet Ms. Krueger was the VP of Sales for Instant Furniture Rental, a division of CORT Furniture, for almost twenty years. During that time she oversaw various aspects of the company including Purchasing, Operations and Marketing along with maintaining her role over the Sales Division.
Ms. Krueger maintains an active role in the industry, sitting on the Board of Directors for the Corporate Housing Providers Association (CHPA), chairperson for Industry Relations Committee, Conference Chair for the Annual Conference, Nominating Committee member and guest speaker for the CHPA conference.

Ms. Thorne was instrumental in starting London Life Apartments, one of the UK's first serviced apartment providers, in 1987. She was serving as Vice President when BridgeStreet acquired the company in 1998.
With over 20-years of experience, Ms. Thorne is a pioneer of the industry and her entrepreneurial leadership helped to establish serviced apartments as an accommodation choice throughout the UK. Ms. Thorne has been influential in creating a sales-oriented culture and developing BridgeStreet into a leading global provider. close |

Ms. Warnes' extensive experience working with corporate and private organizations across the globe for over 20 years, has given her the depth and knowledge that is key to the ongoing expansion of BridgeStreet.
Ms. Warnes began her career in hotel management before moving into the financial field. She worked at IP Sharp, part of Reuters, covering Europe and Scandinavia for 6 years. She then utilized her talents at a number of mid-sized companies as Finance Director before setting up her own business working with entrepreneurial owners within Europe. Prior to joining full time in 2005, Ms. Warnes had worked for BridgeStreet on special projects since 1996. close |

Ms. Joliat also leads the organization's mission of customer service excellence with the BridgeCare program and other initiatives. Ms. Joliat began her career with BridgeStreet in 1997 after studying Hospitality Management at Ohio State University. She is an active member of Executive Women International (EWI), serving as past president of the Cincinnati chapter.

Prior to joining BridgeStreet in 2006, Mr. Terry spent 15 years in the hospitality industry with Interstate Hotels & Resorts. With Interstate Brian held key management positions including Director of Human Resources, Director of Revenue Management, Rooms Division Manager, General Manager and Regional Director of Operations overseeing 18 hotels within the US.
Mr. Terry has received many awards throughout his career which include Interstate Hotels & Resort’s Award of Excellence and Marriott’s President Award.
