BridgeStreet Worldwide's apartments are typically 700 square feet and larger. Our serviced apartments provide more space, independence, privacy, flexibility and freedom to work, relax and entertain at home away from home.

BridgeStreet Worldwide serviced apartments are furnished to a high standard, including fully equipped kitchens, linen, telephone with voice mail and TV/DVD. High speed Internet access is available in all our UK locations. Housekeeping and linen change services come as standard together with the complimentary welcome pack which includes a small supply of groceries to get you started on the first day in your home away from home. Other services such as shopping and secretarial services, and concierge are also available at a charge.

Our apartments are in desirable neighborhoods, strategically located close to public transport links, business and commercial areas, schools and entertainment areas.

Whether for one night or one year, we accommodate guests for all length of stays throughout the United Kingdom and Europe.
What is included in the cost? What is included in the cost?
Our rates include the apartment, utilities and housekeeping service. Each apartment comes standard with a complete furnishing package, cookware, dishes, utensils and linens. Additional furniture, accessories and long distance phone service can be provided for an additional cost.
How am I billed? How am I billed?
We are pleased to accept the following methods of payment: Sterling cheque, Travellers cheque, Credit Card (American Express, Mastercard, Visa, Switch, Solo), Bank transfer. Cheques should be made payable to: BridgeStreet Worldwide. Bank transfers are accepted. When credit cards are used for payment of rental or sundry charges, an additional 3.5% service charge may be raised. When the Company makes payment, written confirmation is required before any invoices are sent. If payment does not reach us within the required time we will reserve the right to cancel any bookings made and by agreeing to these terms & conditions the guest/company agrees to forfeit any deposit paid.

Upon completion of a credit application, we will perform a credit check on your company. Once credit worthiness has been confirmed, we will contact your company to establish direct billing.

Every guest is required to provide a valid credit card number and expiration date at the time the reservation is requested, regardless if their company is being billed. The credit card will be used to guarantee payment for any incidentals, charges not accepted by your company or in case your company declines the rental invoice.

If you are not completely satisfied with your furnished apartment, we will be happy to move you to any other available apartment or we will refund your rent. Just inform us of your concern within twenty-four (24) hours of moving in and we will correct the situation.
