Sean Worker

Sean Worker, President and CEO

Sean Worker is President and Chief Executive Officer of BridgeStreet Global Hospitality, responsible for the overall strategic and operational direction of the company, and for overseeing the company’s development, finance, sales, marketing and legal activities including support for over 500 Brand Ambassadors. Sean joined BridgeStreet in 2009.

Prior to joining BridgeStreet, Sean served as Managing Director and Executive Vice President, International Operations for Wyndham Hotel Group, London, United Kingdom, where he was responsible for managing a portfolio of over 650 franchised and managed assets throughout EMEA, India and Asia Pacific and was a board member of CHI Hotels & Resorts. Previously, Sean held various senior positions, with responsibility for development, sales and operations, at Interstate Hotels and Resorts, Bristol Hotels & Resorts, Marriott and Hilton in the United States and Europe. During this period, he oversaw and operated a range of assets and global brands.

Sean holds a BA in Business with a specialty in Hotel & Hospitality Management from Galway-Mayo Institute of Technology and is a patron of the school. He is a native of Galway, Ireland.

Aaron Turner

Aaron S. Turner, Chief Technology Officer

Aaron S. Turner is Chief Technology Officer for BridgeStreet, responsible for leading the overall Technology Strategy, Technology Operations, Demand Generation Marketing, CRM, Strategic Projects for the company. Aaron joined BridgeStreet in October 2016.

Prior to joining BridgeStreet, Aaron served as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Technology Officer for BrandShop, Inc, the leading provider of branded digital commerce solutions for Fortune 1000 companies. Previously, Aaron held various roles of increasing responsibility with eBay Enterprise, the #1 ranked omnichannel technology solution provider specializing in Demand Generation, Commerce Technology, Supply Chain Operations, and Contact Center Operations supporting renowned companies as Toys R Us, Ralph Lauren, Dick’s Sporting Goods.

Aaron is a graduate of University of Delaware in Newark, DE (B.A./Mathematical Science).

Lance Bradwell

Lance Bradwell, Chief Information Officer

Mr. Bradwell joined BridgeStreet in 1999 as IT Manager for the London office. His responsibilities increased along with BridgeStreet’s expansion and he was named Vice President of Global IT in 2007. During his tenure, Mr. Bradwell has implemented the company’s property management and accounting platforms, increased automation efficiencies throughout the organization, created internal and external reporting systems, and most recently launched BridgeStreet’s proprietary business intelligence platform. Additionally, he developed sellable services to BridgeStreet franchisees and property owners.

Prior to joining BridgeStreet, Mr. Bradwell spent 17-years in a variety of management positions at Wilson Connolly Holdings, one of the largest UK home builders at the time. He began his career in financial accounting and made the transition to technology as that field became more and more automated. Mr. Bradwell is a certified PRINCE2 Practitioner.

Walter F. Dembiec, Jr.

Walter F. Dembiec, Jr., Managing Director, Operations (Americas) & Brand Support Services

Walter F. ("J.R.") Dembiec, Jr. is Managing Director, Operations (Americas) & Brand Support Services for BridgeStreet, responsible for managing the overall U.S. Operations, Legal, Real Estate, Supply Chain and HR functions for the company. J.R. joined BridgeStreet in October 2012.

Prior to joining BridgeStreet, J.R. served as General Counsel for Open Hospitality, Inc., a leading SaaS provider of integrated booking engine and reservation technology and internet marketing solutions for independent and boutique hotels throughout the U.S. and in over 40 countries and territories around the world. Previously, J.R. held various roles of increasing responsibility with Cendant Corporation, the world's largest franchisor of travel and real estate brands, including such renowned companies as Wyndham, Ramada, Avis/Budget, Orbitz, Galileo, Century 21 and Coldwell Banker. J.R. also formerly served as Senior Vice President & General Counsel for the Realogy Franchise Group, the largest subsidiary of Realogy Corporation (and a spin-off from Cendant), as well as SVP & General Counsel for Title Resources Group, a national insurance underwriter and Assistant General Counsel & Assistant Secretary of Burns International.

J.R. is graduate of James Madison University in Harrisonburg, VA (B.S./Political Science) and holds a J.D. from Seton Hall University.

Jeff Web

Jeff Dunn, Senior Vice President, Finance

Jeff joined BridgeStreet in 2003 and is currently responsible for developing and implementing plans to support the company’s growth initiatives as well as leading the financial planning and analysis group.

Prior to joining BridgeStreet Jeff held management positions in accounting and finance with Marriott International in the greater Washington DC area. Jeff also worked in the corporate accounting group for the global manufacturing company World Kitchen.

Mr. Dunn is a James Madison University graduate, earning a BBA in Finance.

Shaun Hinds

Shaun Hinds, Managing Director, International Operations

As Managing Director, International Operations, Shaun Hinds leads operational functions throughout EMEA and APAC, as well as working collaboratively with BridgeStreet’s Sales, Marketing, Development and Finance divisions to lead current strategy and planning.

Shaun’s role includes not only growth and development functions, but also strategic planning and commitment to BridgeStreet’s unparalleled hospitality experience and our guests’ journey. Shaun has an MBA and more than 25 years of experience, and joins BridgeStreet most recently from a Commercial Director position at Conferma. Prior to that, he held director positions with The Co-operative Group and Cendant Corporation.
