BridgeStreet’s operating arm is expanding its reach in Manchester on a wonderful waterfront location.  These 50 serviced apartments are uniquely designed and offer business and leisure travelers easy access to the Manchester business community, universities, and cultural and sporting venues with the onsite Metrolink tram service.

BridgeStreet has signed a new agreement to manage TheHeart Apartments under its Living brand, and will provide guests with a modern, relaxed experience. “The Peel Group recognized that connecting to a global distribution leader built for business travel was essential. As a thought leader within our own industry, we understand emerging hospitality and business trends and are thrilled to be a part of Manchester’s newest development,” Steve Burns, BridgeStreet’s Managing Director EMEA & APAC said. “The addition of TheHeart Apartments in MediaCity UK to our Manchester portfolio  of properties is highly significant as we continue to place emphasis on our continued growth across the region while providing more choices to our growing list of 4500 clients. ”
