Grosvenor Waterside is rather refreshing. Four floors up in a prestigious lock-side development, the entrance hallway leads to the master bedroom on the left, where you'll find a monochrome ensuite, and butterfly artwork hanging above matching bedside lamps. The third bedroom (following the hallway to the left) has neutral walls and light-blue chests of drawers. To the right is the contemporary bathroom, and to the left is the second bedroom, which has cream blinds and a modern wing chair.
At the end of the hallway is the open-plan living area. A white island stands out in the modern kitchen (to the right), where sliding glass doors lead to an impressive double balcony overlooking the Grosvenor Canal. There's another balcony in the black-floored sitting room on the left, which has a fabric sofa and a circular table surrounded by cherry-red dining chairs.
