As well as a stellar location, Handel Street has style. Entering into a book-lined hallway, you'll find the open-plan living area immediately on the right. To one side here is the kitchen clean-cut, with grey cabinets, matching countertops and a dining table for five. And to the other there's a sitting area, which is also simply furnished (with two sofas and a coffee table), but made distinctive by a red-and-gold rug, patterned blinds and a few eye-catching ornaments, including a rather striking ammonite fossil.
Next, the office is opposite the front door. Furnished only with an antique desk and a leather armchair, this room's a poised place. To the left of that is the bathroom smart, with a mosaic-tiled shower and separate bathtub and then the final door takes you to the master bedroom. Inside, more discerningly chosen antiques and pictures surround the double bed.
