Above the street performers of Covent Garden, King Street IV couldn't be more centre stage. Four floors up, the entrance leads to the master bedroom on the right, which has white walls and a wood-framed double bed. There's a dark palette in the bathroom, straight ahead, and just as contemporary is the sitting room, on the left. An Eames chair sits on a shaggy rug, modern art hangs on a brick feature wall, and under the stairs, the kitchen has natural wooden cabinets.
Up in the mezzanine, six can sit at the glass-topped dining table, beneath a retro Arco lamp. There's another dining area on the roof terrace, to the right, which has views over the chimneypots to the London Eye, and of the Covent Garden cobbles below.
