Situated on a typically leafy Fulham street, Orbain Road II is a peaceful place. You enter into the open-plan living area, where you'll find a sitting area (with two soft-blue sofas and an armchair) at one end. Then a little way across the blonde-wood floor there's a dining area, which is hung with classic paintings and has a simple table. To the left of that is a kitchen area, stylishly decorated in subtle colours. The door at the far end here leads to a toilet room, while the wide windows open onto a patio with a table for two.
Then up one floor there's the office book-lined, with a roomy desk. Also up here is a bathroom (where there's a roll-top bathtub) and the ensuite second bedroom. And above that is the whitewashed master bedroom, with its king-size bed, dainty oil paintings and smart ensuite.
