High ceilings, pillars and antique artwork give Sinclair Gardens a sense of gravitas, while the handmade contemporary furniture lends the rooms their style and verve. Pass between the grand pillars flanking the entrance, the liquorice-coloured walls bearing a series of Victorian sketches, and move on into the pale sitting room. Cloud-grey walls encompass fashionable modern furniture, a dusky velvet sofa, loaded bookshelves and ambient lighting.
The compact kitchen is well equipped, while the creamy bathroom is almost brand new, with a gently sloping ceiling and heaps of our fluffy white towels. There are two bedrooms, a single bed in the second bedroom and a double bed in the master bedroom. Both are cool and calm, the master bedroom especially so, with its olive green walls, floral headboard, and a large bay window looking out onto the majestic red brick London street.
