Near the river, Stadium Street III has a fresh feel. Straight ahead of the front door is the sitting room, which has clean lines and uncluttered white walls. Beneath a row of spotlights, you'll find a plump corner sofa, and reflected in an ornate mirror is a dining table for four. Off to the right, past a pair of bookcases, is the conservatory kitchen. It's contemporary, with sliding glass doors that lead out to the gravelled patio.
To the left of the sitting room is the skylit bathroom, which has white walls and a contrasting slate floor. Also on the left, at the end of an arty corridor, you'll find the bedroom. Facing the front, it has vintage furniture, crisp white walls and a large bay window.
