Although it’s in the thick of it all, you’re round the corner from Oxford Street, Wardour Street III feels calm and collected. Inside, you’ll come first to the open-plan living area, on the right. In the nearest corner is the kitchen, with its gleaming grey cabinets and marble countertops, and then opposite that there’s a dining table (surrounded by ghost chairs). A little further across the wood floor is this home’s sitting area, monochrome, but mellow, with a soft corner sofa, a patterned rug and a flatscreen television.
Back out in the hallway, you’ll find the master bedroom straight ahead of the front door. It’s decorated in subtle colours, and has a button-back double bed and an ensuite bathroom. Next to that is the second bedroom, which is similarly understated, (also with an ensuite). And then the final two doors lead to the third bedroom and the sleek, mirrored main bathroom.
