Cable/Wifi down weekend of 11/10-11/12. Industrial style unit & immaculately cared for. Concrete floors, granite counters throughout, stainless appliances, rich cabinets, garage parking. Enjoy Pittsburgh in the culturally rich strip district loaded with restaurants and shops. The Space: Large industrial style 1 bedroom apartment with concrete floors, stainless appliances, and granite countertops. Garage parking available (fee), 24 hour concierge, coffee bar, fitness center, business center, heated pool, hot tub, game room, outdoor fire pit and grills. Parking is available for $10 per day. Please keep in mind this is a one bedroom apartment. The third sleeping spot is the couch. Many guests use a blanket and pillow from the bedroom to make the couch work. If you would like anything more than this for the person on the couch you will need to bring special items. Interaction with Guests: We provide detail access instructions and are available to help throughout your stay. The Neighborhood: Located within the Strip District, Pittsburghs favorite neighborhood. Lively, unique and brimming with produce wholesalers, specialty retailers and grocers, farmers markets, bars, eateries and nightclubs, the area is yours to explore. Located on Pittsburgh's Allegheny River, The Cork Factory offers a breathtaking view of the city's stunning skyline. Access the marina or enjoy the riverwalk, which provides walking, running and biking trails along the Allegheny and brings nature right to your door. Riverwalk trails for walking, running and biking to downtown or Point State Park. The Strip District is home to a number of delectable shops and eateries. Grab a cappuccino and light snack at one of the neighborhood's many boutique coffee houses. Sample one of the many wonderful restaurants just around the corner. You can discuss art in The Engine Room or you can take it to the neighborhood where local art galleries are waiting. The Pittsburgh Ballet Theatre, Attack Theatre, Heinz Hall for Performing Arts and Pittsburgh Musical Theater, just to name a few, are mere minutes away. Hop across the river for The Andy Warhol Museum or take a walk around the corner for hidden gems like the Harris Theater, where you can take in a classic movie or a cult favorite. Theres no shortage of attractions to entice residents and visitors when it comes to life in the Strip District and downtown Pittsburgh.
